The REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD is one of the best-known awards of the European real estate industry. The EUREB Institute evaluates the brand strength and positioning of companies on the basis of the “REAL ESTATE BRAND VALUE STUDY.” The strength of brands in the real estate industry is evaluated in terms of such criteria as trustworthiness, innovative energy, ESG expertise, climate neutrality, and integrative interfacing skills. In 2023, 1,700 brands from 20 sub-sectors in 45 European markets were tested and a total of 120,000 sectoral experts questioned.
With over 1,700 employees and 14 offices, ATP architects engineers is Europe’s leading integrated design office. ATP has designed exclusively with BIM since 2012. And it uses the “corporate structure” of the Group to permanently develop as a learning organization. In order to meet the responsibility of the building sector to future generations, the integrated designer has committed itself to climate-neutral designing and building in the shape of the ATP Green Deal.
