At ATP, you are part of an organizational model that perfectly combines specialist knowhow and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your specialist group is your professional anchor – your home inside the company. Like a small office in a large corporate structure. Here, you work together continuously with ten to twelve colleagues, share knowhow, grow professionally, and are supported by your Group Leader in the development of your specialist and personal career.
Yet there’s more than this to cooperation at ATP: For each project, you become part of an interdisciplinary project group that is made up of experts from a wide range of disciplines. You work together under a Project Leader on the development of integrated solutions to complex design tasks. While you are a permanent member of your specialist group, these project teams are as flexible as our projects themselves and are wound up when the project has been completed. This interaction between fixed specialist roots and project-related flexibility offers you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in small groups while being part of the large, interconnected ATP world.
