A routine activity or a fulfilling career? Our vision can make the difference for you.
Because it's important to our employees to understand what drives ATP forwards.
Our vision is their why and wherefore. It shapes what we do and how we do it. It offers us orientation and shows how each individual contribution becomes part of a greater whole. When you share our vision you don’t merely perform tasks. You're an active co-designer who is contributing to the creation of a new, sustainable building culture. This is precisely why people with ambition, courage, and enthusiasm are keen to join us in the adventure of "making space." Because they believe in our vision.
Our buildings are more than just structures.
They're the foundation of a new building culture.
Of a future, in which we're able to create zero-emission livable spaces. For future generations. And beyond. For us, "sustainability" is more than just a word. We define it through our basic values. By creating a harmonious combination of aesthetic, functionality, and construction. We continuously develop the Vitruvian legacy with passion. Because we have the responsibility for the future in our hands. And such visions require trust. Because our ability to realize them won’t be determined by the marketing department. Or by the management. It will only be determined by the people who share this vision with the outside world, with commitment, courage, and pride.
It’s about our approach.
-
Whether a building is sustainable? This isn’t only determined by the architect who implements innovative material concepts. Or the structural engineer who can calculate whether the timber columns are strong enough. Or the building services engineer who knows all about heat pumps. It's all of us, working together during the initial design phase, that basically determine whether a building becomes an opportunity for or a burden upon people and the environment. This is why we tackle tasks together, rather than alone.
Our promise? We support you in everything you do so that you can see beyond the horizon of your own specialist area. For more working together and less working apart.
-
We at ATP believe that sustainable buildings demand experience and continuous learning. The size of our company permits us to invest in research and development and to gather the knowhow from each organization and share it across the group. This knowledge transfer drives not only our projects but also your career. Intense exchange and interdisciplinary cooperation enable you to grow not only professionally but also personally.
Our promise? If you want to, you can go a long way with ATP. We try to invest as much as possible in your personal development. Because we learn more when we work together.
-
ATP is well known for its pioneering spirit – from integrated design, the early introduction of BIM across the group, and our approach to sustainability, to our acknowledgement of the benefits of artificial intelligence and our testing of new technologies. Our culture demands the constant search for improvement and innovation in the building industry. This is why we celebrate your drive and your courage to overcome barriers, question standards, pursue unconventional solutions, and learn from your mistakes. Because your creativity, determination, and enthusiasm for sustainable building make you stand out in our eyes.
Our promise? As a learning organization, we lead the way in offering you the ideal conditions for realizing your ideas. Always on the cutting edge. Or even a step ahead.
-
We at ATP take a clear stand against throwaway architecture. We want buildings that remain. In line with the motto "less, denser, and more durable." We are aware of our legacy as builders – and of the accompanying responsibility. This requires engaged employees who are determined to help us shape tomorrow rather than merely going with the flow today.
Our promise? We enable you to participate in a fantastic mix of complex projects that have a wide sphere of influence and, hence, a positive impact on society and your surroundings. So that you can be proud of your work and of the traces that you leave in the built environment.
How we support you.
-
Our flexible core working hours – together with the customary part-time working options (educational and parental leave, sabbaticals, semi-retirement) – allow you to optimally coordinate your job and your private life and to align them with your individual needs.
-
Our structured onboarding program ensures that you feel welcome from day one and rapidly adapt to your new role. You get to know your colleagues and our corporate and working structures so that you're perfectly prepared to start your adventure with ATP.
-
Experienced and well-integrated colleagues are at your side from your first day as "buddies" and support you on your career path. So that you can benefit from both their knowhow and their experience.
-
Every design task at ATP is addressed by small teams of eight to ten people representing a number of specialist areas. This allows you to get to know colleagues from other areas and to expand your horizon. And it means that our young and engaged colleagues are also able to work on fascinating major projects.
-
In our individual development meetings we discuss your professional objectives and jointly draw up a bespoke career plan. In addition to this, we also offer ATP's in-house "Next GRLeader" program for new Group Leaders and "GPL Essential" for aspiring Lead Project Managers, which can also inspire you in your own career development.
-
Our in-house academy offers a wide range of training courses and seminars during working hours. Participation is voluntary. In the seminars, which take place in our individual offices and at the ATP Campus in Innsbruck, ATP experts and external trainers share knowhow, examine project work, and help employees to perfect their social skills.
-
We provide you with a generous training budget so that you can take part in external training sessions, seminars, and conferences that interest you and advance your career.
-
Take the opportunity to work in different offices and specialist areas/groups. You'll broaden your horizons and gather valuable experience.
-
Take part in our hackathons and learn how to rapidly develop creative solutions to complex challenges. These events encourage team spirit and offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your innovative energy.
-
Regular events such as team excursions in your group, volleyball and football tournaments, corporate running races, and the classic company parties (summer and end-of-year) foster solidarity and the exchange of ideas with your colleagues.
-
At ATP you can also assume significant corporate responsibility. Our thriving partnership model enables you – as an Associate, Associate Partner, or even Partner – to get widely involved in management and decision-making as well as to participate in the financial success of ATP.
-
ATP offices remain closed on bridging days. This represents a bonus for our all-in employees, while other employees can compensate the time flexibly, and is a typical family-friendly arrangement that allows you to spend more time with your family without having to take extra holiday. A range of company-wide initiatives help to provide professional childcare for children aged between 18 months and three years. The ground floor of ATP's head office in Innsbruck is even home to our own nursery, ATPünktchen.
