WA100 2025: The big list
Integrated design ATP Green Deal Corporate news

In this year’s WA100 study by the renowned British magazine Building Design (BD), we ranked 15th globally and achieved top positions in several other international categories.

The annual “Building Design’s annual survey of the top global practices” is one of the most prestigious publications in the industry, ranking the world’s largest architectural firms. This year, ATP architects engineers ranks 15th on the “Big List” of the Top 100, maintaining its position among the international elite. Among the three leading European design firms, ATP holds the position of the largest architect-led planning office on the continent.

Based on project volume, ATP continues to hold the No. 1 spot in Western Europe, as it has in previous years.

Additional rankings:

  • Number 3 in the “Science, Technology + Industrial” sector

  • Number 5 in the “Retail” sector

  • Number 8 in the “Offices” sector and Number 5 in the “Environment” sector (both improved by one position compared to last year)

The topic of sustainability also featured prominently in this year’s survey:

One bright spot in our survey of architects’ perception of risks to their businesses is that they see climate change not as a threat but rather as an opportunity. This is being bolstered by our finding that many of the world’s biggest architects are investing heavily into net zero research, tools and processes to make the most of these opportunities.

WA100 editor

To fulfil the responsibility of building for future generations, we have committed ourselves to climate-neutral and sustainable planning and construction through the ATP Green Deal. Only through close interdisciplinary collaboration can we achieve the EU’s target of climate neutrality and make the world a better place with our buildings.
