Alongside the main task of designing and building they also have to meet many financial and statutory responsibilities – and this additional burden requires the corresponding resources and skills. Our EPCM service enables us to assume responsibility for the overall coordination of the development, design, and implementation of a project so that our clients can focus on the essential: their key processes.
EPCM places overall responsibility for all engineering, procurement, and construction management processes in one hand, minimizing interfaces – and, hence, the potential for errors and the waste of resources. By facilitating an efficient project development process, central coordination reduces complexity and lowers scheduling, financial, and economic risk. As representatives of our clients, we coordinate all processes, consult with the authorities and other stakeholders, and manage communication with all project participants. We accompany our clients through all phases of a project, while they naturally retain control over all decision-making.

We assume responsibility for all project control and management processes that are essential to the realization of a real estate project. As the direct point of contact and authorized representative, we implement the entire real estate development process – from the analysis phase to the handover of the finished object.

As consultants, we carry out all the analyses, concept work, and calculations that are required for the holistic development and long-term value growth of a building. This enables us to recognize risks at an early stage, develop specific strategies, and offer our clients a solid basis for making decisions.

We deliver all necessary architectural and engineering services. These include the integrated design, organization, and technical specification of a real estate project.

We carry out the strategic planning of the procurement process. This includes the control and pre-selection of suitable suppliers, materials, equipment, and services, including price and contract negotiations, the procurement of materials, and the guaranteeing of on-time delivery.

We assume responsibility for the integrated coordination and monitoring of the construction process, in order to ensure that the project is completed in line with the technical specifications, timetables, and budgets. We monitor the building site, coordinate the activities of the various contractors and subcontractors, carry out quality controls, and solve problems that occur during the building process.
