Timber in every detail
Tyrolit company building in the focus of HOLZMAGAZIN
In the December issue of HOLZMAGAZINE, the Tyrolit company building planned by ATP is in the spotlight – a showcase project for sustainable construction and innovative working environments based on the New Work principle.
The December issue of HOLZMAGAZIN is dedicated to Tyrolit's new factory and office building in Maisach, Germany. Under the title “Entirely in line with the New Work principle”, Wolfgang Zdimal sheds light on the innovative planning concept and implementation of the building.
Particular attention is paid to the sustainable timber construction, the clear design language and the resource-saving energy concept that characterize the project. The New Work principle, which focuses on individual work processes and the needs of employees, is emphasized as a central approach.
Petra Oberacher, architect and lead project manager at ATP in Innsbruck, on the project: “Clear design language, high-quality materials. From the outside, the Tyrolit site presents itself as a strong architectural statement with a wooden façade that is visible from afar.”
