A modern office complex is revitalizing the former Polmos industrial site in Krakow, offering first-class work and service spaces designed for sustainability and excellence in accordance with BREEAM standards.

This complex of office buildings is part and parcel of the Fabryczna City concept, which involves the revitalization of the former Polmos industrial plants in Krakow. Fabryczna Office Park is a complex of A-class, high-rise office and service buildings, consisting of three sections (B1, B2 and B3) with a two-story underground car park.

Most of the design solutions are subject to the regime and technologies used to obtain the BREEAM certificate at the level of Excellent.
