The modern office complex in the Bonarka City Center is characterised by its high-quality furnishings, central location and extensive range of attractive amenities. Several buildings are also sustainably certified according to BREEAM standards.

Bonarka 4 Business is a complex of modern A-class office buildings located in a multifunctional city hub – Bonarka City Center. The project provides numerous amenities for tenants in the form of service premises, food trucks on the square, a medical clinic, a kindergarten and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sauna.

Modern architectural and technological solutions allow the tenants to adapt the space to their individual needs. Buildings E, F, G, H, I and J are BREEAM certified "very good". Fit-outs were fully implemented for buildings E, F, G.
