climate – fit? – check!

Everyone’s talking about the EU Green Deal – and we’re all thinking about the ATP Green Deal! As consultants in the area of project development and real estate services, such hot topics as ESG, EU Taxonomy, and subsidy consultancy are keeping us busier than ever. So it’s good that we’re well prepared! After all, the resource-friendly, sustainable planning of both new-build and refurbishment projects within an integrated design culture represents the state-of-the-art at ATP. As part of the ATP Green Deal, this collective knowhow is now also being applied by redserve across our own area of business. As a result, we’re able to offer a full range of services including risk analysis to all those major property owners, such as insurance companies, funds, and banks, who are required to check that their portfolios are sustainable and climate fit under the EU Taxonomy Regulations.

To complement the core competence of redserve, the analysis of existing properties and the identification and highlighting of the potential for optimization from the perspectives of both use and yield, we’ve also been carrying out climate-fit checks since the beginning of the year, in close cooperation with the experts from ATP sustain. The building physics analysis of the current situation and the resulting sustainability of existing buildings in terms of climate neutrality, CO₂-reduction, and recyclability, represent some of the specialist knowhow that ATP sustain contributes to this process.
