From a distillery to guest experience

Hotel Mercure Fabryczna City

A unique Mercure hotel: emerged from the former Polmos distillery in Krakow's Fabryczna City. Here, history meets modernity, complemented by a vodka museum and an in-house brewery.

ATP architects engineers planned the Mercure Hotel in Fabryczna City, Krakow.

The Mercure Hotel is located in the historic building of the former Polmos distillery. The building itself is situated in the "city within the city" – Fabryczna City, which is currently being developed in Krakow's Grzegórzki district. Here, historic buildings have been expertly combined with a modern extension, creating a place with a very unique character.

Of particular note is the glazed passage connecting the hotel, a restaurant, and a café space which contains its own brewery. Guests at the Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City & Conference Center have 195 rooms at their disposal, including 28 rooms and 21 apartments, also accessible is a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The conference section consists of 10 multifunctional conference and event rooms with a total area of 2,500 m2, and exhibition space in the foyer.

Additionally, there is a Museum of Vodka commemorating former activity of „Polmos“ factory.
