Kaiserreich Kiefersfelden
Groundbreaking ceremony for the “Genusszentrum”
Construction work has started for the “Genusszentrum” in the business park “Kaiserreich Kiefersfelden”, located in one of the most sought-after regions between Munich, Salzburg, and Innsbruck. The complex offers an attractive mix of uses and sets a new standard with its light and airy architecture.
ATP Innsbruck joined the client, the Unterberger Group, and the Mayor of Kiefersfelden to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Genusszentrum” (“Center of Taste”) in the ecologically sustainable “Kaiserreich Kiefersfelden” business park in a prominent location on the border between Germany and Austria. The 11,000-square-meter complex will consist of a mix of office and commercial space, leisure activities, restaurants, and services.
Following its completion of a masterplan, ATP and its real estate consultancy company Redserve are accompanying the client throughout the design process. Besides minimizing the hard surfacing and avoiding the use of fossil fuels, the client paid particular attention to maximizing the on-site generation of electricity. The energy-efficient building services make use of both large areas of PV panels and heat pumps.
